5 trees on Prince of Wales Road to be felled
Amey contacted me today to let me know that 5 trees have been selected for felling on Prince of Wales Road because they are in a poor structural condition. Here are photos of 4 of them. I am still trying to locate the 5th which they say is outside “Supersave”, but I can’t find a shop with that name on Prince of Wales Road!
I would really appreciate some help from an arboriculturist to give a second opinion about these trees to see if they are indeed becoming dangerous or if they should be protected. I am very relieved that there weren’t far more trees on this list as many seemed to my untrained eye to be leaning or disturbing the pavement.
