Meeting with Urban Splash in the new year

Manor Castle Greens have been in dialogue with Urban Splash and they have agreed to come to an open meeting early in the new year to present their new strategy and answer any questions we may have about the progress of work on Park Hill.

Tom Lawrence writes ” It is likely that a presentation on the overall strategy would be in the new year as the strategy is still being concluded, which means discussions with SCC planners and Heritage England need to have taken place before Urban Splash will be in a position to give certainty to their current thoughts on the future phases and the timescales for delivery.  Once this has taken place myself plus Urban Splash would be more than happy to meet with yourselves  and you can tell the groups that in the interim and I’ll come back to you in the new year with an update”
