New article in Star on Wybourn dump

Here is the latest from the Star on the Wybourn dump. I am astounded that no action has been taken despite emails to Councillors, Health and Safety Executive and the Environment Agency. The very minimum that should have been done is to securely fence the site to prevent youngsters playing there.
